RETURN POLICY

Here are few Points to Remember

• Returns or exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of the product.
• All returned Products must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
•In case you receive a damaged or defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above.
N.B: We might request you to share a snapshot of any defective product you have received at sales@shutfab.com.
• We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of a coupon code. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Shutfab products. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day. If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at sales@shutfab.com

Will I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we will refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days

How do I get a Refund?
You can choose to get a refund in the following ways:
• Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
• A Coupon Code of the refund value in your shutfab.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase
