What Happen If My Debit/Credit Card Has Been Compromised While Making a Payment Online?

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this to your bank immediately.

What Happens To My Money Deducted For An Unsuccessful Order?

Don’ Panic ff your card is debited and no is order placed. Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

Do You Give World Wide Deliveries?

Sorry to break it to you but at Present we don’t give world wide deliveries. Great news for Indian, we do deliver in India.

What Happens If I am Not Available When You Deliver The Merchandise?

Before any product is returned, we will make all attempts available to deliver it to you. After this it may be re-dispatched as per customer’s request. In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making delivery attempt.

Can I Book An Order For Delivery To More Than One Address?

Each order is shipped only to a single address. However if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.

Is There Any Shipping Charge?

You can track your order status in the “My Account” section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on the respective courier’s website.

How Do I Return The Products?

Please send an email to sales@shutfab.com and include a picture of the wrong or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. We do not require you to return the tee if it is in fact defective.

When Will My Exchange Item Be Shipped?

Exchange items are shipped within 24 hours after the item returned has passed quality checks. Which Categories Are Non-returnable? Following product categories fall under “No Returnable” unless there is a damage/quality issue at the time of delivery.

What Happens If My Package Gets Sent Back?

Products which fails to deliver or is refused will be sent back to us trough the same postal service usedto deliver it. Returns however, come back at a much slower pace since they are not considered a priority over delivering outbound product which mean a delayed return before we can begin to process your package. Products that have been refused will be refunded. If the order contains non-refundable items then you will be contacted to to discern the reason why you refused it. Products that fail to deliver due to wrong addresses will have their recipients contacted to correct the address issue and the package will be reshipped to you.
